Is the iPhone app free?
Yes — on the App Store, and when the desktop app or your Volume Purchasing tools install it.
Which iPhones does it test?
Any iPhone on iOS 15 or later.
Can I install it without the App Store?
Yes. The desktop app installs it when it enrolls a phone in MDM, and Volume Purchasing tools can install it through any MDM.
Can a result be faked?
No. You act, the phone decides each pass, and the app proves to our server, through Apple, that it’s genuine. The same phone gives the same results whoever tests it.
What does the buyer see?
Every test, the photos and the video. Never your name, phone number, location or IP, and only the IMEI’s last four digits.
Do I need the desktop app?
No, the iPhone app tests a phone on its own. The desktop app adds what only a cable reads: battery health, locks, crash reports, parts.
What happens to the data?
It’s used only to make the report: no ads, no tracking, never sold. Whoever shares a report can revoke its link from the app.
